Simon Nadeau

We first met Simon here in Kulusuk 10 years ago; since then, he's spent each summer exploring East Greenland's fjords on foot and by kayak, building a deep bond with our coastline and some strong friendships in this community along the way. 

French Canadian, he served for some time in the Army before qualifying as a professional trekking guide through the University of Quebec and Chicoutimi. Simon has since spent 15 years guiding in remote regions, from Baffin and Greenland to Vinson on Antarctica. In winter, he has undertaken some long sledge-hauling journeys whilst in summer, he spends months under canvas. 

Simon shares our passion for gaining and sharing a deep insight into this place we're privileged to call home. For us, it's a real pleasure to spend time with Simon and we feel very lucky to have him as part of our guiding team.
