Justus Utuaq

Son of Georg, Justus Utuaq was born and raised in Kulusuk. From an early age, dog sledding has been a way of life, breeding and training one of the strongest sled dog teams in the region, the work of many years. He and his team have previously won the East Greenlandic Dog Sledding Championships. Justus greatly enjoys taking guests out to explore the frozen fjords of East Greenland – the longer the trip, the better!  He’s often out in the fjords hunting and fishing, particularly the wild stretches of ice out towards Sermiligaq, the tiny village his wife Charlotte comes from.
