The end of summer

East Greenland trekking

After months out in the mountains and fjords of East Greenland, we’ve completed the last trip of what has turned out to be a magic season.  Two months of good weather, great folk and some really inspiring trips.  Thanks to everyone for making it a good one!  Matt has spent the summer mountaineering.  Lots of snow left over from the winter this year, so great conditions.  Our glacier trek crossing the Schweizerland range was a success and is definitely on the cards for next year.  Meanwhile, Helen and Rich have been out trekking in some seriously wild areas.  The boat-supported trek was great fun.  The team completed their big journey down Sermilik Fjord.  We’ve seen a lot of wildlife including lots of peregrine falcons and spotted some brilliant areas to explore next year.

Dates for summer 2016 are starting to go up on the website – we’ll also be launching some new trips too.  Please take a look and do get in contact if you’d like to join us.

Thanks again from Georg, Matt, Helen and Rich.  See you in spring!
